Ah. I love New Years. Time to start fresh. Time to enjoy putting the past behind me. Thank God that can be done. This past year there is alot to be put behind. FAR behind. There is so much that can be good this year and I'm looking forward to it. I am making my resolutions that I know I will be able to keep. I'm going to
1. Read at least one fiction and non-fiction book a month. Right now I'm reading Double Bind and it's great so far.
2. Work out 3-4 times a week. This is realistic if you ask me. I just want to be healthy not a maniac.
3. Take my vitamins and floss. That's a no-brainer, but I still can't seem to get my brain to remember them.
4. Eat healthy, but still indulge in sweets whenever I want them.
4. Spend more time enjoying my family, kids, and friends. I really want to reconnect with lost friends, nurture my friends, and appreciate my family more.
5. Watch less TV. Did I say I wanted to read more?
That's about it. Realistic. That's all I want or need.
