So whenever you hear about a celebrity, like Heath Ledger, it's such a sad, disappointment. Although I wasn't a huge fan, it's just so disheartening to see a promising life cut short. And being a young father, just tragic. I can't believe someone so young with such talent and promise could recklessly cut his own life short. Who knows what really happened. But my heart goes out to his baby daughter, family and friends.

Death has been on my mind lately. We have a family friend who is currently dying of liver cancer and daily I get the reports of how she is doing. It's a awful thing to be waiting for a telephone call saying someone you care about has died. Then my daughter starts asking all sorts of questions about what happens with death, what is God, what really happens...etc. It's bringing it all to the surface and it's harder than ever. It sucks.
